The Philadelphia 76ers shooter hit the game-winning basket in under 1.5 seconds to beat Sacramento.

The Sacramento Kings watched their 11-point lead in the fourth quarter evaporate with under 7:45 left.

But the 1.3-second mark witnessed the biggest soul snatch.

Tyrese Maxey took a pass from perennial all-star Joel Embiid, then proceeded to hit his two-point basket. Those points lifted the Philadelphia 76ers over Sacramento 113-111.

Maxey sprinted toward the heart of the Kings' defense before finishing with his left hand.

Worse for the Kings, that basket became Maxey's 40th point of the evening. He went 12-of-18 from field goal range plus dished out eight assists. He also combined to score 77 points alongside Embiid -- as the duo stretched the Kings' losing streak to seven in a row.

Sacramento now has two seven-game slides this season -- but the first one started on Dec. 28. This means the Kings have gone 4-14 overall post Christmas 2025.

This loss could also mean a future 76er is arriving -- in the form of DeMar DeRozan.

The veteran small forward has been linked to Philly for nearly a month. DeRozan scored 25 points -- 21 coming before halftime. He nailed his first basket at the 10:33 mark from nine-feet. He later hit a 26-foot three-pointer with 6:40 left in the fist quarter. DeRozan ended his night 9-of-15 from FG range but made just one three...which was his only attempt.

Sacramento head coach Doug Christie pulled off this switch: Starting Dennis Schroeder over Zach LaVine. The former responded by scoring 27 points to lead Sacramento -- including hit five baskets from behind the arc.

LaVine, meanwhile, scored 17 off the bench and logged 29 minutes on the floor.

Domantas Sabonis earned the start too and scored 14 points in 28 minutes. He also pulled down seven rebounds. Precious Achiuwa added eight points and led the Kings with 13 rebounds.

Maxime Raynaud, demoted to reserve duty amid Sabonis' return, scored eight points and collected seven rebounds.

Keon Ellis scored 10 points on the night -- as another Kings player hearing his name across trade circles.

Russell Westbrook was not in action against Philly. Neither was Malik Monk as both took rest. Hence why Schroeder elevated to a starting role.
