Sacramento continues its aggressive pre-draft scouting, evaluating Cincinnati standout Baba Miller and high-scoring guards like Bruce Thornton to bolster the roster with versatile playmakers and elite shooters.

The Sacramento Kings have been one of the most active teams in the entire NBA when it comes to scheduling pre-draft workouts with NBA Draft prospects.

On Monday, the Kings hosted their next wave of talents, including Cincinnati forward Baba Miller, who has been a popular option for Sacramento in the second round.

Here is a short profile for each player and what they could bring to the Kings.

Bruce Thornton (G, Ohio State)

Last season, Thornton averaged 19.9 points per game, while shooting at ridiculous 55/40/83 shooting splits.

Thornton's 55.4 field-goal percentage (3rd in the Big Ten) really stands out, as guards typically don't display that level of efficiency.

In the second game of the season, Thornton scored a career-high 38 points against Purdue Fort Wayne, making 14-of-17 shot attempts, and a perfect 14-14 from 2-point range.

Later in the year, Thornton etched his name atop the Buckeyes' scoring list in dramatic fashion, dropping 25 points in a 91-78 victory over Indiana on senior night.

B.J. Edwards (G, SMU)

Edwards played many different roles for the Mustangs in his senior campaign, recording career-highs in rebounds (5.9) and assists (4.9) per game.

The 6-foot-3 guard recorded two triple-doubles, including a 24-point, 10-steal, 13-assist performance against Arkansas State.

Fletcher Loyer (G, Purdue)

Loyer had a great end to his prestigious career with the Boilermakers, shooting 45-percent from the field, 43.2-percent from 3-point range and 87.4-percent from the free-throw line.

He leaves Purdue as the top 3-point field goal maker in program history, knocking down 309 triples.

According to Purdue Athletics, "Loyer is one of four players in Big Ten history to score at least 1,800 points, dish out 300 assists, make 300 free throws and 300, 3-pointers in a four-year career (Shawn Respert, Talor Battle, Joe Crispin)."

Kobe Knox (G, South Carolina)

In his lone season with the Gamecocks, Knox posted his best statistical season, recording 10.8 points, 3.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.1 steals per game.

Despite falling 86-74 in the first round of the SEC Tournament, Knox scored 20 points, adding five rebounds, five assists, and three steals.

Tucker DeVries (F, Indiana)

DeVries followed his father and head coach, Darian DeVries, from Drake to West Virginia, finishing alongside his dad at Indiana.

He was one of three Hoosiers to start all 32 games, averaging 13.7 points, a team-best 5.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 1.1 steals per game.

As a junior, at Drake, DeVries averaged over 21 points per game, claiming the Larry Bird Missouri Valley Conference Player of the Year award.

Baba Miller

After three seasons in the Sunshine State, Miller broke out with Cincinnati, averaging a 13-point, 10-rebound double-double.

Miller's 3.7 assists per game also led the team.

He plays a fluid game for his size, moving well with and without the ball.
