
The New York Knicks have set their injury report for game three against the Philadelphia 76ers.
The New York Knicks will look to take a commanding series lead when they travel to take on the Philadelphia 76ers in game three of their second round series.
The Knicks won game two, 108-102. The Sixers were much more competitive in the second game of the series after being blown out in game one. Game two was a back-and-forth affair that featured 14 ties and 25 lead changes. Neither team led by more than seven points. The Knicks took control midway through the fourth quarter and managed to hold on for the victory thanks to timely shotmaking and stout defense.
The Knicks lead the series 2-0. Game three takes place at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia with a start time of 7 PM ET.
New York Knicks Injury Report
OG Anunoby is QUESTIONABLE with a right hamstring strain. Anunoby suffered the injury late in the fourth quarter of game two. He played 38 minutes in the game, contributing 24 points, five rebounds, two assists, four steals, and one block.
Josh Hart is PROBABLE with a left thumb sprain. Hart was originally listed as questionable, but was upgraded to probable in the afternoon. He played 44 minutes in game two, finishing with five points, seven rebounds, six assists, and three steals.
Mitchell Robinson is PROBABLE with an illness. He missed game two.
Jalen Brunson, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Mikal Bridges will all start for the Knicks. Hart and Anunoby will start if they are available to play. Miles McBride could enter the starting lineup if one of them ultimately misses the game. He was the only player off the bench to play for the ten minutes in game two, finishing with 22 minutes played.
Jordan Clarkson, Ariel Hukporti, Jose Alvarado, and Landry Shamet all played seven or more minutes. Jeremy Sochan played one minute.
Philadelphia 76ers Injury Report
Joel Embiid is QUESTIONABLE with a right ankle sprain and right hip soreness. Embiid missed game two after playing 25 minutes in game one, finishing with 14 points, four rebounds, and one assist.
Tyrese Maxey is AVAILABLE with a right finger tendon strain. He is still wearing a splint. Maxey has been dealing with the injury since late into the regular season, but hasn't missed a game in the playoffs. He scored 26 points to go along with three rebounds and six assists in game two.
Maxey, Paul George, Kelly Oubre Jr, and VJ Edgecombe will all start. Embiid will start if he plays. Andre Drummond started in his place in game two, playing 15 minutes.
Adam Bona, Quentin Grimes, and Dominick Barlow all played more than 15 minutes off the bench in game two.
