The New York Knicks have a healthy squad against the Atlanta Hawks.
The New York Knicks play their final road game of the regular season when they meet the Atlanta Hawks on Monday.
The Knicks are coming off an easy 136-96 victory over the Chicago Bulls, their second straight win following a three game losing streak. They are 7-3 in their last ten games and 50-28 on the season. They are currently third in the East, leading the Cleveland Cavaliers by one game. There is a slight chance at getting the two seed, but they trail the Boston Celtics by three games.
The Hawks also cruised in their last game, easily taking care of the Brooklyn Nets, 141-107. They have won four straight and 18 of their last 20, making them one of the hottest teams in the league. They are 45-33 on the season, climbing up to fifth in the East. They haven't officially clinched a playoff spot, but can do so with a win against the Knicks. They are two games ahead of the Philadelphia 76ers, who are in sixth.
The season series is tied 1-1 coming into their final meeting on Monday. The Knicks won 128-125 on December 27, but the Hawks bounced back with a 111-99 win on January 2.
