The New York Knicks have a key starter listed on their injury report as they take on the Denver Nuggets.

The New York Knicks look to bounce back on Friday when they travel to Ball Arena to take on the Denver Nuggets. 

The Knicks lost their last contest, 103-100, to the Oklahoma City Thunder. The loss snapped a three game win streak for New York. They are 5-2 in their last seven and 6-4 in their last ten. This begins a five game road trip for the team. They are third in the East at 40-23, 1.5 games behind the Boston Celtics. 

The Nuggets are on a back-to-back, defeating the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday night. They have won two straight after losing two straight. They are 5-5 in their last ten. At 39-24, they are fifth in the Western Conference, a half game behind the Minnesota Timberwolves for third. 

The two teams played a double overtime thriller on February 4 with the Knicks winning 134-127. This will be the last time they meet this season. 

New York Knicks Injury Report

Josh Hart is listed as QUESTIONABLE with a lower back contusion. Hart played 25 minutes against the Thunder, finishing with 10 points, 12 rebounds, and 3 assists. He has not missed a game since February 4. 

In 51 games, Hart is averaging 11.8 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 5.2 assists. He started the season coming off the bench, but has been in the starting lineup since November 24. 

Miles McBride remains OUT after undergoing pelvic core muscle surgery in early February. The Knicks are hopeful that he's back in the lineup for the playoffs. 

Dillon Jones is OUT on a G-League two-way deal. 

Denver Nuggets Injury Report

The Nuggets could welcome back Aaron Gordon, who is listed as QUESTIONABLE with a right hamstring strain. Gordon has been sidelined since January 23. 

He has played in only 23 games this season, averaging 17.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 2.5 assists. He missed time early in the season due to a hamstring injury. 

Cameron Johnson is also QUESTIONABLE with right ankle inflammation. He's been sidelined since March 1, missing the last two games. 

In his first season with the Nuggets, he is averaging 11.2 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 2.3 assists in 37 games. 

Spencer Jones is QUESTIONABLE with a right shoulder strain. He's been out since February 27. 

Peyton Watson remains OUT with a right hamstring strain. He's been out since February 4 and was expected to miss at least four weeks. 

Curtis Jones and KJ Simpson are both OUT on G-League two-way deals.
