The Knicks saw their seven game win streak snapped in their last game as they fell to the Charlotte Hornets, 114-103. They are 7-3 in their last ten and 48-26 on the season. They sit third in the Eastern Conference, 1.5 games behind the Boston Celtics, but two games ahead of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The Thunder are coming off a 131-113 victory over the Chicago Bulls, bouncing back after a loss to the Boston Celtics. They had won 12 straight prior to the loss to the Celtics. They are at the top of the Western Conference with a 58-16 record, two games ahead of the San Antonio Spurs.
This is the second meeting of the season between the two teams. The Thunder won 103-100 on March 4.
New York Knicks Injury Report
Miles McBride is QUESTIONABLE with a pelvic core muscle injury. McBride underwent surgery in February and has not played since January 27. In 35 games this season, he is averaging 12.9 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 2.8 assists while shooting 42% from three on 6.9 attempts.
Landry Shamet remains OUT with a right knee tibial plateau contusion. He's been out since March 20, and there is no timetable for his return. He is averaging 9.6 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 1.5 assists while shooting 38% from three on 5.3 attempts in 46 games this season.
Former Thunder Dillon Jones is OUT on a G-League two-way deal. Ariel Hukporti is OUT on G-League assignment.
Mitchell Robinson, Jordan Clarkson, Mohamed Diawara, Tyler Kolek, and Jose Alvarado have been seeing time off the bench.
Oklahoma City Thunder Injury Report
Thomas Sorber is OUT after undergoing right ACL surgery in the offseason. The rookie out of Georgetown will have to wait until next season to make his NBA debut.
Brooks Barnhizer is PROBABLE on a G-League two-way deal.
Nikola Topic is AVAILABLE after spending time in the G-League.
Chet Holmgren is off the injury report after missing the last game against the Bulls. He is expected to start alongside Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Jalen Williams, Lu Dort, and Isaiah Hartenstein.
Ajay Mitchell, Cason Wallace, Jaylin Williams, Isaiah Joe, Alex Caruso, and Jared McCain should all see time off the bench with Aaron Wiggins and Kenrich Williams potentially taking the floor.
