The New York Knicks earned a commanding win on Tuesday night, defeating the Memphis Grizzlies 133-120 inside Madison Square Garden. The Knicks managed to get the job done without Mitchell Robinson in the lineup, attacking Memphis in multiple areas and showcasing the kind of balance that has defined their season.
New York continued its trend of getting off to scorching starts, opening the game with 42 points in the first quarter alone. From there, the Knicks held full control, racking up 35 team assists, hitting 22 three-pointers, and generating 33 points off turnovers — a perfect example of how their offensive system thrives when the ball is moving.

Once again, the team’s success was driven by the dynamic duo of Jalen Brunson and Karl-Anthony Towns, both of whom dictated the game’s pace. Brunson finished with 32 points and 10 assists on 58% shooting, while Towns delivered a 21-point, 13-rebound, three-steal performance in just 32 minutes.
Their chemistry continues to evolve each game, giving the Knicks one of the league’s most dependable one-two punches.
The Knicks executed the two principles they’ve emphasized all season — taking high-volume threes and pushing the tempo. Every time the Grizzlies made a run, New York responded almost instantly, often before Memphis could even reset defensively.
Tuesday marked the third game this season in which the Knicks have posted at least 20 made threes and 30-plus assists, improving to 3-0 in those outings.

With tonight's performance, Jalen recorded 30+ points, 10+ assists and 5+ rebounds for the fifth time as a Knick.
He is now tied for third in franchise history with Stephon Marbury and Ray Williams. 🔥
And of course, it wouldn’t be a Knicks victory without Jordan Clarkson making his mark off the bench. The veteran guard added 13 points, moving to 10th all-time in bench scoring. Josh Hart and Deuce McBride chipped in a combined 17 points, four threes, and 10 assists, further illustrating the team’s depth.
“Playing here at MSG, playing at home — there's no better place to play for our group,” Mike Brown said postgame. “We fed off the energy, we figured it out, and we strung some games together because we play the right way on both ends.”
On a night where they unveiled their City Edition jerseys and custom court, the Knicks reminded fans why they remain one of the league’s toughest home teams — still undefeated at MSG (5-0) and showing no signs of slowing down. It’s only a matter of time before they prove once again that New York is Knicks country.
