The New York Knicks look to keep their win streak alive as they travel to take on the Charlotte Hornets on Thursday.

They now hit the road for a four game trip that includes three games against Western Conference teams. They are 8-2 in their last ten games, but remain third in the East with a 48-25 record. They trail the Boston Celtics by a half game, but have established a three-game lead over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

They are in the middle of a seven-game homestand. They are ninth in the East with a 38-34 record, holding the tiebreaker over the Orlando Magic. They are just a half-game behind the Miami Heat for eighth, and 2.5 games back of the Atlanta Hawks, who sit fifth.
This is the third meeting of the season between the two squads. The Knicks are 2-0 in the season series, scoring a 129-101 victory on November 26 and a 119-104 victory on December 3. They will play once more in the final game of the regular season for both teams.
