The Grizzlies fell to the Phoenix Suns in their last game, 131-105. They are 25-50, 11th in the West, and have been eliminated from playoff competition. They lead the New Orleans Pelicans by a half game.
The Knicks won the only other meeting between the two squads this season, 133-120, on November 11.
New York Knicks Injury Report
Jalen Brunson is listed as QUESTIONABLE with right ankle soreness. He played 37 minutes against the Rockets, finishing with 12 points, six rebounds, and eight assists. He has not missed a game since March 17 and has played in 70 total games this season, averaging 26.1 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 6.7 assists.
Miles McBride is OUT due to pelvic core muscle injury management. McBride played 13 minutes against the Rockets, scoring just three points on 1-9 shooting. He was sidelined for two months after undergoing surgery in January, and the Knicks are opting to rest him on the back-to-back.
Mitchell Robinson is OUT with left ankle injury management. He played 16 minutes against the Rockets. He has sat out back-to-back situations throughout the season.
Landry Shamet is off the injury report, meaning he should play in his first game since March 20.
Memphis Grizzlies Injury Report
The Grizzlies have a laundry list of injuries, beginning with Ja Morant who remains OUT with a left elbow UCL sprain. He has not played since January 21 and will not return this season.
Jamal Mashack is AVAILABLE with a nasal fracture. He will be wearing a mask.
Taj Gibson is QUESTIONABLE with right foot injury management. He's missed the last two games after playing nine minutes against the Rockets.
Taylor Hendricks is DOUBTFUL with left fifth finger soreness. He played 18 minutes against the Suns in their last game.
Ty Jerome is OUT with a left ankle sprain. He's been out since March 23 and has played in just 15 games this season.
Santi Aldama is OUT after undergoing a season-ending arthroscopic procedure on his right knee in March. He played his last game on February 4.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is OUT after undergoing season-ending surgery on his misaligned right pinky finger. He played his last game on February 11.
Brandon Clarke is OUT with a right calf strain. He played in just two games this season and will not return until next season.
Zach Edey is OUT after undergoing season-ending left ankle and elbow surgery in March. He last played on December 7.
