The Los Angeles Lakers look to avoid being swept as they host the Oklahoma City Thunder for game four of the second round.
The Lakers dropped game three, 131-108 to fall behind three games to none in the series. For the second straight game, the Lakers played a strong first half, taking a lead into the locker room. And for the second straight game, the Thunder went on a run in the third quarter to put the game away. Oklahoma City led by as many as 27 late in the fourth.
The Thunder lead the series 3-0. Game four takes place at Crypto.com Arena and begins at 10:30 PM ET.
Los Angeles Lakers Injury Report
Luka Doncic is OUT with a left hamstring strain. Luka has been out since April 2 when he suffered the injury against the Thunder. He was given a timeline of eight weeks before he would be able to return, which would rule him out for this series, even if it happens to go to seven games.
Hachimura led the team in scoring in game three, pouring in 21 points and knocking down five threes. James had 19 points, six rebounds, and eight assists. Reaves had 17 points and nine assists.
Luke Kennard played 30 minutes off the bench, scoring 18 points. Jaxson Hayes, Adou Thiero and Maxi Kleber played more than seven minutes off the bench.
Oklahoma City Thunder Injury Report
Jalen Williams remains OUT with a left hamstring strain. Williams has been out second game two of the first round against the Phoenx Suns. He was orginally listed out as week-to-week. It is unknown when he will return to the court.
Thomas Sorber is OUT after undergoing ACL surgery in the offseason. He will not make his debut until next season.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Lu Dort, Chet Holmgren, Isaiah Hartenstein, and Ajay Mitchell have started all three games for the Thunder.
Mitchell led OKC in scoring in game three with 24 points. He also had four rebounds and ten assists. SGA scored 23 points and had nine assists. All five starters scored in double figures.
Jaylin Williams, Cason Wallace, Isaiah Joe, and Alex Caruso all played more than 12 minutes off the bench. Wallace scored 16 points while Joe had 12 points. Both men hit four threes.
