LeBron James and Luka Doncic took over in the fourth quarter as the Los Angeles Lakers stormed back to defeat the New Orleans Pelicans, 111-103
The Lakers entered the fourth trailing 86-79, but thanks to LeBron and Luka, they were able to walk away with a victory.
The Lakers outscored the Pelicans 32-17 in the fourth.
LeBron had 10 points in the final frame on 4-of-6 shooting and 2-of-3 from beyond the arc. Luka did his part as well, scoring six points on 2-of-3 from the field with all three field goal attempts coming from three-point range.
LeBron finished with 30 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists, going 10-19 from the field and 3-5 from three. Luka also had 30 points to go along with ten assists and two rebounds.

After the game, Redick said about the LeBron and Luka partnership, "What's happening right now with Luka and LeBron and that partnership... there's some real synergy happening right now that's fun to watch."
Redick compared LeBron to Greg Maddux, and followed up by saying, "To me, what he's doing at 41 and what he did last year at 40, it's greatness. It's just a different form of greatness."
Over the last three games, all victories for the Lakers, LeBron and Luka have combined for 187 points. The Lakers have scored 359 points in the three games, which means the duo has accounted for 52% of their total scoring.
While LeBron and Luka carried things on the offensive end, it was the defense that started everything for the Lakers.
The Pelicans turned the ball over seven times in the fourth, including two critical turnovers on their first two possessions of the quarter. After LeBron hit a three to cut the lead to four to open the fourth, Zion Williamson made a bad pass that was stolen by Marcus Smart.
LeBron found Jarred Vanderbilt for an easy two points, and the Pelicans lead was down to two. A miss by Trey Murphy III was rebounded by Williamson, but on the ensuing possession, Micah Peavy threw the ball out of bounds.
LeBron hit another three, and all of a sudden the Pelicans, who entered the fourth up seven, were down one less than two minutes into the quarter. They wouldn't lead again.
