The Los Angeles Lakers will continue to be without key starters against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Los Angeles Lakers will try to get on track when they take on the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday. 

The Lakers are coming off a 134-128 loss to the Dallas Mavericks in their last game, their second straight loss. They are 50-28 on the season, putting them four in the West. They trail the Denver Nuggets by a half-game, but lead the Houston Rockets by a game. 

The Thunder won their fifth straight game in their last contest, easily handling the Utah Jazz, 146-111. They have just one loss since February 27. They sit atop the Western Conference with a 62-16 record, 2.5 games against the San Antonio Spurs. 

The Thunder are 3-0 in the season series, with two wins coming by 29+ points. They last met just last Thursday, April 2, a 139-96 victory for the Thunder. 

Los Angeles Lakers Injury Report

LeBron James is QUESTIONABLE with left foot injury management. James played 39 minutes against the Mavericks, finishing with 30 points, nine rebounds, and 15 assists. He hasn't missed a game since March 10. In 57 games this season, he is averaging 20.8 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 7.1 assists. 

Luka Doncic is OUT with a left hamstring strain. Doncic was injured in the third quarter against the Thunder, coming up lame and then not returning. He will reportedly miss the rest of the regular season, though he is headed to Europe to get treatment that will expedite his return to play. His status for the playoffs is currently unknown.

Luka will finish the season having played 64 games and averaging 33.5 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 8.3 assists.  

Austin Reaves is OUT with a left oblique muscle strain. He finished the game against the Thunder, but was visibly not 100% throughout the game. He will also reportedly miss the rest of the regular season. His status for the playoffs is also unknown. 

Reaves will finish the season averaging 23.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 5.5 assists in 51 games. 

Marcus Smart remains OUT with a right ankle contusion. He's been sidelined since March 21, putting him out for the last seven games. There is no timetable for his return. 

Oklahoma City Thunder Injury Report

Jalen Williams is OUT with right hamstring injury management. Williams has played six of the last seven games since returning from a hamstring injury. The Thunder are opting to rest him on the front end of a back-to-back. 

Thomas Sorber is OUT due to right ACL surgical recovery. The rookie underwent surgery in the offseason and will not make his debut until next season.
