Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James reflects on what could potentially be his last game in Cleveland.

The Los Angeles Lakers visited the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday for what could be the last game in Cleveland for LeBron James.

LeBron has not made a decision on his future, but he is 41 years old and will be a free agent at the end of the season. Even if he returns for a 24th season, unless he returns to the Cavaliers, there are no guarantees he plays in Cleveland again, given scheduling and a potential injury.

The Cavaliers honored LeBron with a video tribute, highlighting his 11 seasons with the team, which included bringing a title to Cleveland in 2016.

LeBron Reacts

After the game, LeBron was asked about the video tribute and what was going through his mind as he watched.

"Didn't expect that. Obviously, a lot of memories here. A lot of history. Super grateful and thankful for the time. I remember the moment like it was yesterday, I was the underdog going against that Detroit Piston game. For us to win that game, and ultimately Game Six, was a pretty cool moment," said LeBron.

LeBron is referring to the 2007 NBA Playoffs, where the top-seeded Pistons went up 2-0 on the Cavaliers. The Pistons defeated the Cavs in seven games the year prior, which was LeBron's first playoff run.

The Cavs won four straight against the Pistons, taking Game 5 in overtime before winning Game 6.

The Championship

Along with seeing one of his first standout playoff moments, LeBron noted the championship banner that will forever hang from the 2016 season.

"Looking up at the rafters and seeing the championship banner. There was a lot of reflecting, for sure," he said.

Asked if he was looking up at the banner ahead of the game, LeBron said he wasn't, but was instead looking for his mom and family, who were in attendance.

Arguably, the top moment from LeBron's career is, and always will be, the 2016 NBA Championship when he helped lead a 3-1 comeback over the 73-9 Golden State Warriors.

It remains the only championship in Cavaliers history, and was the first major sports championship in Cleveland since 1964.

Sharing It With His Son

For the second straight year, LeBron got to return to Cleveland with his son Bronny James, who also plays for the Lakers.

Much like last year, the Cavaliers put the Lakers away early, allowing Bronny to play more minutes.

On Wednesday, Bronny scored eight points in eight minutes, including a breakaway dunk that had the crowd cheering.

LeBron said it was really cool to see the crowd react to his son that way, and that it was cool for his mom, Bronny's grandmother, to be in attendance to watch them play together.
