The Los Angeles Lakers have a clean bill of health as they take on the New Orleans Pelicans.

The Los Angeles Lakers look to build on their current momentum when they host the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday.

The Lakers have won two straight games, picking up victories over the Golden State Warriors and Sacramento Kings. They have lost their prior three games before the back-to-back victories. This is the second game on a quick two-game homestand before they hit the road to face Denver on Thursday. They are sixth in the West at 36-24, two games ahead of the Phoenix Suns in seventh. They are a game back of the Denver Nuggets for fifth.

The Pelicans saw their four-game win streak snapped in their last contest, losing 137-117 to the Los Angeles Clippers. They are 4-3 in their last seven games. They are in the middle of a six-game road trip. The Pelicans are at the bottom of the West, sitting 13th at 19-43. They are a half-game better than the Utah Jazz.

This is the fourth and final meeting between the two teams. The Lakers are 3-0 in the season series. They last played on January 6, with the Lakers picking up a 111-103 victory.

Los Angeles Lakers Injury Report

The Lakers have no one on their injury report.

That means fans will get to see LeBron James, Luka Doncic, Austin Reaves, Marcus Smart, and Deandre Ayton in the starting lineup. Coming off the bench will be Luke Kennard, Rui Hachimura, Jake LaRavia, Maxi Kleber, and Jaxson Hayes.

This will be the first time the Lakers will have LeBron, Luka, and Reaves against the Pelicans. LeBron missed the first two games on November 14 and November 30, while Reaves missed the last contest in January.

New Orleans Pelicans Injury Report

The Pelicans only have Zion Williamson on their injury report. Zion is listed as QUESTIONABLE with a right thumb sprain.

He suffered the injury on February 28 against the Utah Jazz, leaving the game after just 11 minutes. He played in 35 straight games before missing the game against the Clippers.

Zion is averaging 21.5 points, 5.8 rebounds, and 3.5 assists in 45 games this season. Zion has played one game against the Lakers this season, scoring 15 points, grabbing 4 rebounds, and dishing 5 assists.

If Zion doesn't play, the Pelicans will likely start Trey Murphy III, Saddiq Bey, Dejounte Murray, Herbert Jones, and DeAndre Jordan. Off the bench will be Derik Queen, Bryce McGowens, Jeremiah Fears, and Yves Missi.

The Pelicans do have two players listed as OUT, with Trey Alexander and Hunter Dickinson set to miss the game as they are on G-League two-way deals.
