Wagner reveals the Magic's key to closing games and overcoming turnovers during their dominant five-game winning streak.

On the group's ability to close out the game after halftime:

"Yeah, I think once we controlled the turnovers a little bit, I thought we got good looks all game and that helped us playing a little bit better defense. They're really good at pushing the ball, so I think it allowed us to set up our defense a little better."

On any common trends in the turnovers, especially in the first quarter:

"Probably guys just forcing it a little bit — myself included. Every time I feel like we moved it side to side and for the most part I think we did trust each other and move the ball really well, but when we didn't, I think that's when a couple of those turnovers happened."

On the communication and confidence during the five-game winning streak:

"I think it's part of the game. Everybody's trying to be aggressive and sometimes you make mistakes like that. It's knowing everybody to not take it personal and just keep playing together and look for the best shot possible every time down. For the most part, even some of those turnovers, I think we tried to do that and sometimes the defense makes a good play."

On what has been clicking in the third quarters during the win streak:

"Sometimes you got to get a feel for the game a little bit too and know what's working and what's not working. Once we got the turnovers down a little bit, I think we were able to get some more stops and make plays on both sides of the ball and get some easy looks as well ourselves. The talk's been good at halftime, but every time you got to remind yourself to just play one play at a time."

On how he feels physically five games into his return:

"I feel pretty good. Continue to work my way back. Nowhere near perfect everything yet, but we'll get there."

On playing a season-high in minutes since returning and pushing through:

"It's pushing yourself for sure. But you know, it's definitely more fun than doing rehab. So I'll take it."

On the mindset going into the final regular-season game on Sunday:

"Just try to get a win, keep working on our stuff, and then we'll see how the rankings are."

On the importance of not overlooking any opponent:

"We don't have that luxury. We just haven't been consistent enough all year to be able to walk into games and just win a game by turning on a switch late. So we need to keep working on our habits every time and try to play good 48-minute basketball games."

On whether the team feels like it's ramping up and playing closer to its best basketball as the regular season ends:

"I think we have figured out a little bit better rhythm and flow to our offense especially, and I think that helps our defense in a lot of ways. It gives us a lot more confidence when shots maybe aren't falling or the other team goes on a run — that we know what buttons to push to find back to our game. That's been a lot better these last couple games. Obviously it's tough when guys are in and out of the lineup and we got to use every opportunity we have to work on that stuff."
