Carter Jr. anticipates a fantastic atmosphere while Bitadze expresses playful jealousy for the team's overseas homecoming.

Wendell Carter Jr. :

On the uniqueness of playing overseas in Germany and the experience for the team:

"I mean, it's what we dream of. It's rare that we're able to get out of the country during the regular season, let alone play a game in front of our international fans. So I think it's going to be a great turnout and then having guys like Franz and Mo being in their home country, I think is going to be a fantastic atmosphere for not only them but for the whole team."

On how happy he is for Franz, Moe, and Tristan to play in their home country:

"Man, I'm happy for them, you know, especially with Mo, what he's been through this past year, battling his injury, Franz coming back from his injury at some point. And then Tristan, just coming back home to your home country, all your friends, family being able to play, see you play live in the NBA. Know that's just the first time the NBA has played in this country. So for them to be able to come in and be a part of the first experience, I think is really dope."

On how he's feeling physically after missing the last game:

"Pretty good. Pretty good. I'm in a good spot. I got tons of treatment these last couple days, so I'm feeling really good."

Goga Bitadze:

On how happy he is for Franz, Moe, and Tristan to play in their home country in front of their fans:

"Yeah, not happy at all to be honest. I'm just jealous they get to play home and in front of their people. So yeah, I'm not happy for them. I'm just jealous and we'll see how it goes tomorrow."

On whether there will one day be an NBA game in Georgia:

"Well, I hope so. That's why I'm mad. I think we can make it work. I think we got some good arenas. People love basketball there. So we got to bring the NBA to Georgia for sure."

On how far Georgia basketball has come since a few years ago, especially after their EuroBasket performance last summer:

"I think nobody really expected us to be there, you know, in top eight. Nobody expected us. And yeah, we did it with just hard work, with loving each other, staying together like a family. So it was huge for us and hopefully we keep growing. We got to do that cuz now expectations are high cuz we saw it's there. It's possible. So I think people expect a lot more from us. Hopefully it will end up working out and we're going further than that."
