Paolo Banchero led six Magic players in double figures with 27 points, eight rebounds and seven assists, as Orlando defeated Miami, 121-117, at Kaseya Center. The Magic completed a five-game sweep against the Heat during the regular season and extended their season-high win streak to seven games. Desmond Bane scored 21 points for the Magic while Wendell Carter Jr. had 15 points and eight rebounds. Jaime Jaquez Jr. led seven Heat players in double figures with 22 points. Orlando outrebounded Miami, 49-32. The Magic led 71-55 at halftime and by as many as 22 points during the second half, before Miami mounted a furious comeback. The Heat trimmed the deficit to two points with 8.6 seconds left, but a pair of free throws by Banchero sealed the win.
