The Dallas Mavericks will look to pick up their third win in a row on Wednesday night as they take on the Miami Heat. Before tipoff, we have you covered with everything you need to know.
Will the Dallas Mavericks beat the Miami Heat?
The Dallas Mavericks haven't won three games in a row since February of last season. After injuries to Anthony Davis, Kyrie Irving, and their general poor play since the Luka Doncic trade, fans wouldn't be amiss to think they might never string together three in a row ever again.
However, they are coming off wins over the Los Angeles Clippers (not impressive) and the Denver Nuggets (very impressive). They will look to keep the good times rolling on Wednesday night against the Miami Heat.
Miami won the earlier matchup this season by four points. In that game, Cooper Flagg offered only 12 inefficient points, and Davis didn't play. With Flagg leveling up and Davis getting healthy, the Mavericks could be poised for revenge.
Before tipoff, we have you covered with everything you need to know, from betting odds, TV info, and injury reports for both squads.

With both Gafford and Lively II listed on the injury report, the Mavericks might have trouble controlling both Bam Adebayo and Kel'el Ware. They both had solid, but not excellent, games in the first matchup between these two teams.
Last time the Mavericks took on the Heat, PJ Washington led the team with 27 points. Fortunately, Flagg is finding his footing, averaging 20.8 points and 7.3 rebounds over his last six appearances.
If the Mavericks keep getting the best version of Flagg and Davis plays at an adequate level, they should be able to put up a solid fight, despite being underdogs. Davis is not yet up to full strength, but with an off day on Tuesday and a 32-point double-double against the Nuggets, he should be gaining steam after missing time with injury.
Of course, with five players listed as "questionable," the odds could shift either way before tipoff.
For the Mavericks, tonight is a chance to turn their season around. It's up to them to make the most of it.
