Darius Garland scored 41 points, and Kawhi Leonard added 34 as the Clippers rallied from 11 down to beat Dallas 138-131 in overtime, extending the Mavericks' home losing streak to 11 games.

DALLAS — Darius Garland had 41 points and eight three-pointers, Kawhi Leonard scored 34, and the Los Angeles Clippers came back from 11 down to beat the Dallas Mavericks 138-131 in overtime Saturday night. Dallas has now lost 11 straight home games, the longest such streak at American Airlines Center in 32 years.

Garland also finished with 11 assists. The Clippers trailed 72-63 at halftime before slowly chipping away, then pulling away in overtime. Derrick Jones Jr. hit three three-pointers and finished with 15 points, two of those coming in the extra period when Los Angeles closed it out.

Leonard played 36 minutes, including all of overtime, on a left ankle he has been managing with a sprain. With Dallas ahead 122-120 in the final minute of regulation, Leonard drove for a tying layup with 19 seconds left after Naji Marshall's steal and assist had set up P.J. Washington's go-ahead dunk for the Mavericks.

Flagg's pull-up in the closing seconds came up short. Washington grabbed the offensive board and got a follow shot off, but it was ruled after the buzzer.

Dallas got the first basket of the extra period on a Ryan Nembhard layup off a Flagg pass, but the Clippers responded with an 11-2 run to end it. Garland hit a three-pointer, Leonard scored twice, and Jones Jr. connected from deep twice more to push Los Angeles ahead by nine. The Mavericks scored just seven points in overtime.

Marshall led Dallas with 28 points, including the steal that set up Washington's short-lived go-ahead basket. Washington finished with 21 points. Flagg, the rookie first overall pick, posted 18 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists, and four blocked shots, matching his season high in that last category.

Klay Thompson scored 12 of his 18 points in the first quarter, hitting four consecutive three-pointers to help Dallas build its early lead. Marvin Bagley III contributed 17 points on 7-of-8 shooting off the bench, and Nembhard finished with 13 points and nine assists.

The loss drops Dallas to 23-48 on the season. Los Angeles is 35-36 and tied with Portland for eighth in the West. Both teams are comfortably positioned for the play-in tournament.

The Mavericks host the Golden State Warriors on Monday.
