Brooklyn’s No. 6 pick Mike Brown Jr. leads a talented rookie trio into high-stakes showdowns against top lottery talent and crosstown rivals under the Las Vegas lights.

Brooklyn Nets fans will have the opportunity to see their No. 6 pick, Mike Brown Jr., match up against other lottery rookies during the Las Vegas Summer League.

The NBA released the Summer League schedule for all 30 teams on Friday, and Brooklyn’s slate is must-see TV. Three of the Nets' matchups are hosted at the Thomas & Mack Center, and one is hosted at the Cox Pavilion.

Brown Jr., Joshua Jefferson (No. 28) and Tyler Bilodeau (No. 43) will start their first game against their river rival, the New York Knicks, on July 10 at 6 p.m. on Prime. They will face Kingston Flemings (No. 8) and the Atlanta Hawks on a back-to-back (July 11) at 8 p.m on ESPN.

Brooklyn will play against Darius Acuff Jr. (No. 7) and the Sacramento Kings on July 14 at 3 p.m. on Prime. The Nets will end their four-game slate against the Houston Rockets on July 16 at 4:30 p.m. on ESPNU at the Cox Pavilion.

The rookie trio will play two lottery picks during the Las Vegas Summer League and will arrive prepared for action. They will play three games in the California Classic next Saturday, five days before the Las Vegas Summer League kicks off.

Their first matchup is against Acuff Jr. and the Kings, which may be the beginning of a rivalry between the sixth and seventh picks. Brown Jr. and Acuff Jr. have met three times in the past seven months.

Louisville faced off against Arkansas on Dec. 3, 2025, and Acuff Jr.'s Razorbacks emerged victorious. However, Brown Jr. had the better performance, scoring 22 points on 7-for-19 shooting.

Brooklyn will play against Nate Ament, Brayden Burries and the Milwaukee Bucks on Day 2 of the California Classic. The team finishes its three-game slate against Yaxel Lendeborg and the Golden State Warriors on Day 3.

Brown Jr. is taking the same role in Brooklyn as he did for Louisville. He'll become the offensive engine for the Nets, with an experienced shooter in Bilodeau and a do-it-all forward in Jefferson.

Undrafted free agents Dion Brown and Ben Humrichous are also nice additions to the Summer League roster. Brown provides backcourt depth as a bench scorer, and Humrichous is another floor-spacing forward, like Bilodeau, shooting 36.8% throughout his college career.

The Nets haven't won a Summer League championship, but have the talent to do so this summer. Alongside their three draft picks this year, Brooklyn has five first-round draft picks from last year who could play in the Summer League.

Led by their No. 6 pick, the Nets have an opportunity to win their first Summer League championship.
