A savvy floor general with elite defensive instincts, this Arizona standout offers the poise and efficiency Brooklyn needs to bolster their backcourt rotation and perimeter play.
With the NBA Draft less than three weeks away, we at NetsRoundtable will continue to feature members of the 2026 class, including lottery picks, late-first rounders, and hidden gems mocked in the second round.
Lately, the second-round talents have been the focus, covering players like Northwestern forward Nick Martinelli, Kansas guard Tre White, and Missouri forward Mark Mitchell.
In this profile, I will highlight Arizona guard Jaden Bradley, another talent projected in the second round.
A Coach's Dream
Bradley plays a clean, smart style of basketball, keeping the ball out of harms way and making the right play.
While Bradley's averages don't jump off the charts, his impact goes beyond the stat sheet, as the senior guard was the go-to guy for head coach Tommy Lloyd down the stretch of tight games.
Against 5-seeded Iowa State in the Big 12 Tournament, Bradley knocked down a difficult baseline jump shot to propel the Wildcats to the championship, where they earned a Big 12 title.
Bradley was named the Big 12 Tournament Most Outstanding Player, scoring 13 points in the championship victory.
Following the season, Bradley was also named the Big 12 Player of the Year, earning All-Defensive Team honors and finishing as a top-5 finalist for the Bob Cousy Award (best PG in college).
Table Setter
Bradley initiates the offense, while making sure his teammates are in the right spot.
While Bradley is certainly a capable scorer, he seemingly always makes the right read and isn't afraid to get his teammates involved.
Last season, Bradley averaged 13.3 points and 4.4 assists per game, turning it over less than twice per contest.
Areas For Improvement
Bradley did take a step forward in his 3-point shooting last season, knocking down the long ball at a 39.4-percent clip.
However, his attempts were limited, and Bradley will need to be more consistent from deep at the next level to carve out an immediate role.
Draft Projection
Bradley is currently ranked as the No. 39 overall prospect on ESPN's big board, landing with the Washington Wizards late in the second round of their post-combine mock.
Expect Bradley to be a riser as more teams get a closer look at his poise and leadership on-and-off the court.
Are Nets a Fit?
Bradley's ability to play different roles and initiate the offense makes him a fit on nearly any team.
For Brooklyn, Bradley could provide elite perimeter defense and all-around production as a lead guard off the bench.
