The Denver Nuggets set their injury report for game three of the playoffs.

The Denver Nuggets will look to bounce back in game three of the first round as the series shifts against the Minnesota Timberwolves. 

The Nuggets dropped game two, 119-114, against the Timberwolves, seeing the series even at one. The Nuggets got off to a hot start, leading 39-25 after one, but the Timberwolves stormed back to tie the game at the half. The second half was a back-and-forth affair, and the Timberwolves managed to pull it out thanks in part to a missed free throws in the closing seconds. 

The series is tied 1-1. Game three in Minnesota begins at 9:30 PM ET. 

Denver Nuggets Injury Report

Aaron Gordon is PROBABLE with left calf tightness. Gordon played 37 minutes in game two, finishing with eight points, seven rebounds, and four assists. He's averaging 12.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 3.5 assists in this series. 

He missed the last two games of the regular season, but the Nuggets sat the majority of their playoff rotation players in both games. 

Peyton Watson is OUT with a right hamstring strain. He's been out since April 1. On April 3, it was reported that he would be out on a week-to-week basis, but there have been no further updates on his status. 

Jamal Murray led Denver in game one, scoring 30 points to go along with seven rebounds and seven assists. Nikola Jokic had a double-double with 24 points, 15 rebounds, and eight assists. Cameron Johnson had 13 points, but was 1-6 from three, and Christian Braun had 16 points, but missed the crucial clutch free throw. 

Tim Hardaway Jr played 27 minutes off the bench, scoring 16 points. Bruce Brown had seven points off the bench. 

Minnesota Timberwolves Injury Report

Anthony Edwards is QUESTIONABLE with right knee injury maintenance. Edwards has been on the injury report for all three games, listed as questionable for each contest. He played 38 minutes in game one and 40 minutes in game two. He recorded a double-double in game two, finishing with 30 points, 10 rebounds, and two assists. 

Jaylen Clark is QUESTIONABLE with an illness. Clark has been available, but has yet to play in this series. 

Terrence Shannon Jr is QUESTIONABLE with an illness as well. Like Clark, Shannon Jr has been available for both games, but has yet to play. 

Julius Randle had a big game two, finishing with 24 points, nine rebounds, and six assists. Donte DiVincenzo had 16 points while Jaden McDaniels had 14 points. 

Bones Hyland, Ayo Dosunmu, and Naz Reid all saw significant minutes off the bench.
