Injuries have been nothing new to the Denver Nuggets this season, but even when it looks like their health is looking up more and more issues continue to arise.
Every single major piece of the Nuggets' starting roster have suffered injuries this season and missed time. Nikola Jokic is still out with a new issue and early in the season Denver had to battle without both Aaron Gordon and Christian Braun as both missed weeks with injuries of their own.
Christian Braun is out once again with an ankle injury that's kept him out of action since Jan. 9 and both Jamal Murray, Jonas Valanciunas and Peyton Watson, who has risen to the occasion the most amidst Denver's injury woes, are all listed as day-to-day on the Nuggets most recent injury report.

Gordon was played in the game despite being day-to-day himself a hamstring injury, which appears to have gotten worse while playing against the Bucks. He left the game right at halftime, limping off the court, and head coach David Adelman said there isn't a clear timeline for Gordon's return until further testing can be done.
Denver Nuggets guard Bruce Brown (11) shoots during the fourth quarter against the Milwaukee Bucks at Fiserv Forum. Jeff Hanisch-Imagn ImagesThis is yet another huge blow to the Nuggets' already thin depth, but despite losing the impactful and versatile Gordon with another half yet to play, what remained of the battered Nuggets bench came through to hold out for a win.
Julian Strawther played his most minutes of the season and scored a season-high and team-leading 20 points to push the Nuggets to victory, followed close behind by Tim Hardaway Jr. and Bruce Brown, who scored 17 and 15 points respectively.
Adelman praised the team for yet another gritty, group effort win in the face of more injury-driven adversity. Adelman has been severely tested as a head coach deprived of his stars and starting lineup for so long, but the sheer determination of the entire depth chart makes those losses a little easier to manage.
Strawther had 16 points in the third quarter alone to lead the Nuggets to a 30 point third quarter that ensured their victory. His emergence in the third was living proof of the response the rest of the team had after Gordon left the game and showed, once again, that the Nuggets have the ability to dig deep when things seem hopeless.
"Everybody on this team can go. Everybody knows that everybody can go. I think that's the main thing - our belief in each other," Strawther said. "We're pushing everybody. It don't matter who's out there. We're going to get a win every night," Strawther said (via Nuggets).
