The New Orleans Pelicans have continued to look more and more like a competitive NBA team with Dejounte Murray easing back into the fold, but Friday night brings a huge test as they head on the road to take on the Houston Rockets
The Pelicans are now 22-45, surpassing their win total from last season. They have split the season series with the Rockets 1-1 so far, and they have both been close games. That was before they got healthy, as well.
Houston is sitting at 40-25, but has been a little rocky as of late. They're 6-4 in their last 10 and only beat the Washington Wizards by five points.
Here is a quick rundown of important information to know before the game tips off on Friday:

No change for New Orleans in this injury report. Bryce McGowens is still out with a small toe fracture.
Houston has a lengthier injury list. Steven Adas, Fred VanVleet and Jae'Sean Tate have all been ruled out due to injuries. Star center Alperen Sengun has been listed as questionable with lower back pain.
Sengun being out would be a big hit, though he has been in a bit of a slump as of late.
