New Orleans Pelicans get a mostly clean bill of health as the Philadelphia 76ers sideline Paul George due to suspension, shaking up the matchup.

The New Orleans Pelicans are on the second end of a back-to-back, where they have to travel to take on the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday after beating the Memphis Grizzlies at home on Friday.

Despite the quick turnaround, there are no new additions to the list for the Pelicans, with no injuries and no one resting. It continues to be good to see Zion Williamson able to compete in these back-to-backs. Here is the full injury report for New Orleans:

Dejounte Murray (right Achilles rupture) - Out
Hunter Dickinson (G League two-way) - Out
Trey Alexander (G League two-way) - Out

Saddiq Bey had a scare on Friday night, as he subbed out and grabbed his knee. He was able to return, but there have been a few instances of Pelicans players missing the next game when that happens. Good to see Bey back and fully healthy.

The biggest change on the injury report comes from the 76ers as they deal with a suspension to a major contributor:

Charles Bassey (G League on assignment) - Out
MarJon Beauchamp (G League two-way) - Out
Johni Broome (G League on assignment) - Out
Paul George (league suspension) - Out
Andre Drummond (illness) - Questionable
Quentin Grimes (right ankle sprain) - Probable
Kelly Oubre Jr. (injury recovery brace) - Available

The George suspension was announced on Saturday morning, as he will miss the next 25 games due to a violation of the league's anti-drug policy.

While he isn't the same All-Star and All-NBA player that he used to be, George still can take a game over. Just two games ago, he scored 32 points and knocked in nine threes.

Drummond was also a late addition to the report as he deals with an illness. His playtime has been inconsistent with Embiid back, but he's still a dangerous rebounder when he does play.
