The latest New Orleans Pelicans injury report finally saw some positive movement for the injured guard Dejounte Murray ahead of Saturday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers.

The New Orleans Pelicans have waited all year long to finally get the news that Dejounte Murray will make his debut, and that time may have actually come on Saturday.

The Pelicans released their injury report for their game against the Philadelphia 76ers, and Murray was finally upgraded on it. Here is the full report:

Dejounte Murray (right Achilles rupture) - Doubtful
Trey Alexander (G League two-way) - Out}
Hunter Dickinson (G League two-way) - Out
Yves Missi (left calf strain) - Out
Micah Peavy (right great toe sprain) - Out
Trey Murphy (right shoulder contusion) - Out

While it's not seeing him be made active ahead of the game, it is still a great sign to have him upgraded to doubtful. It further signifies that his return is just around the corner. It could still happen on Saturday, but that will be a decision made closer to game time.

Borrego has already said that Murray is a full-go at practice, so it's just about when they feel like he is ready for game action. Having not played basketball in a year isn't the easiest thing to come back from in the middle of a season.

Murphy is being ruled out further in advance now, which was expected after missing the last game and not practicing after the All-Star Break. The shoulder injury isn't major, though, so he could be ready for their next game.

Peavy and Missi both remain out with their sprain/strains.

Here's how things look for the 76ers right now

Kelly Oubre Jr. (knee injury brace) - Available
Paul George (suspension) - Out}
Joel Embiid (injury management) - Out
Johni Broome
 (G League two-way)   - Out
MarJon Beauchamp (
G League two-way) - Out

Given that Embiid dropped 40 points the last time these teams met, New Orleans won't really be complaining about him being out for this game. That's the only real change from the last time they met.
