The Detroit Pistons headed south to Cleveland today for Game 3 against the Cavs, and they have a golden opportunity to take a decisive 3-0 edge in the Eastern Conference Semifinals. So far, the Pistons have relied on their trademark defensive pressure to hold the Cavs to just 99 points per game so far, but a road victory would go a long way towards advancing to the conference finals. 

James Harden struggled mightily in Game 2 with just 10 points, so the Cavs are probably looking for a bounce-back performance from their 11-time All-Star today.
