After the Detroit Pistons outlasted the Cleveland Cavs on Friday night with a 122-119 win in overtime, reports emerged that the sentiment inside the visitor's locker room at Little Caesars Arena was that they were the superior squad.

To Cleveland's credit, the Cavs stuck with Detroit all game long without either Donovan Mitchell or James Harden in the lineup, so there could be some merit to their argument. However, Cade Cunningham fouled out with two minutes left in regulation (and Duncan Robinson fouled out not long after) and the Pistons were still without Isaiah Stewart's services for the game, so neither side had the chance to put their best foot forward.

After watching the Pistons' three-point OT win over the Cavs a couple nights ago, which team do you feel like would have the upper hand in a postseason series when both sides are fully healthy?
