Did the Pistons do enough?

Been seeing a lot of people underrate the Pistons for next season. This was the No. 1 team in the East and was one bad Game 7 away from competing in the Eastern Conference Finals. But, a lot of other teams in the East actively got better this offseason, namely the 76ers, Raptors (assuming the Kawhi trade goes through) and the Heat. Pacers will also return with a vengeance thanks to Haliburton's health.
This offseason, the Pistons added John Collins, Isaiah Joe and Ebuka Okorie. They also lost Tobias Harris and Isaiah Stewart, and who knows when Jalen Duren will be back.
Did the Pistons do enough this summer to remain in win-now mode? Or are they likely to take a step back because of how good the rest of the conference got?
