From the G-League to overtime-forcing triples against the Wizards to a dazzling 15-assist effort off the bench the other night, Jenkins continues to one-up himself for the Pistons' benefit. And after hearing Jenkins speak candidly about his daily approach to the game, it is clear why he's finding so much success under the tutelage of J.B. Bickerstaff this year. 

Jenkins is the type of player that is a positive asset for a team's culture even without his on-court talent, which is in abundance as well. If the Pistons make a deep postseason run this season, Jenkins is likely to play an important role in making that happen.
