    Milwaukee Bucks star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo left Monday's game with groin pain. An MRI awaits on Tuesday as the Bucks face uncertain future and a tough November schedule.

    Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo's went down with a groin injury in the second quarter of their game with the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday night, and did not return. Bucks coach Doc Rivers said it ''didn't look great. I can tell you that.''

    Antetokounmpo is getting an MRI on Tuesday to determine the extent of the injury. Rivers said the groin was bothering him throughout the game before he went down.

    "He grabbed it in the first quarter, and I asked him and he said it was fine," Rivers said. "Then, I think, he grabbed it again, and he said it was fine. Then, the third time is when it happened, but I think it happened earlier, in my opinion."

    Antetokounmpo, who will be 31 years old on Dec. 6, is having a great year. in 13 games, he has  averaged 31.8 points per game, and he's shooting 62.9 percent from the field, the highest mark of his 13-year career. 

    With his 13th point Monday, moved up on the NBA's all-time scoring list. He passed Walt Bellamy (20,941) for 42nd on the NBA’s all-time scoring list. Hal Greer at No. 41 (21,586) and Larry Bird at No. 40 (21,791) are next up.

    The Bucks lost the game to the Cavaliers 118-106. Antetokounmpo had 14 points in 13 minutes. Ryan Rollins led the Bucks in scoring with 24 points. The Bucks are now 8-7 on the year, and could be in trouble if their star is out for a while.
