The Toronto Raptors have added another player to their injury report ahead of Game 4 against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The Toronto Raptors delivered a much-needed response in Game 3, producing their most complete performance of the series to avoid a 3-0 deficit. After being outplayed in the opening two games on the road, Toronto returned home and flipped the script with a dominant 126-104 win, fueled by a massive fourth-quarter.

Scottie Barnes and RJ Barrett each delivered career playoff-highs of 33 points, while rookie Collin Murray-Boyles became the first player in franchise history to score 20 or more points off the bench in a postseason game. The win also snapped a lengthy postseason skid against the Cleveland Cavaliers and has now injected belief into a series that had looked one-sided early.

Cleveland still leads the series 2-1, but another Raptors win would level things and completely reset the matchup heading back to Ohio.

Immanuel Quickley Out, AJ Lawson Questionable for Sunday Against Cleveland

Toronto enters Game 4 with a relatively clean injury report outside of two key guard situations. Immanuel Quickley remains out and has already been ruled out for the remainder of the series with a hamstring injury.

Quickley’s absence continues to be the most significant factor shaping Toronto’s rotation. The 26-year-old averaged 16.4 points and 5.9 assists during the regular season, and his absence means head coach Darko Rajaković will once again be forced to navigate without his starting point guard.

Through three games, the Raptors have leaned into a more versatile frontcourt rotation to compensate. One of the biggest beneficiaries has been Barnes, who delivered a standout Game 3 performance and has taken on expanded playmaking duties. Barnes has effectively functioned as a point-forward, initiating offense while still impacting the game defensively.  Alongside him, RJ Barrett and two-time All-Star Brandon Ingram are expected to shoulder more scoring responsibility, particularly in half-court sets where Quickley’s absence is most felt.

The new name on the Raptors’ injury report is A.J. Lawson, who is currently listed as questionable for Game 4 with back spasms. If Lawson is unable to play, expect Rajaković to lean even harder on the group that earned Thursday’s win.

One player that could see more minutes is Jamison Battle, whose four three-pointers helped the Raptors in Game 3. His defensive display forced the Cavaliers into blown rotations in the second half, and he’ll likely be rewarded for his heroics on Sunday.

Tip-off is scheduled for 1:00 pm ET at Scotiabank Arena, with coverage on ESPN.
