The full 2026-27 NBA schedule is here and now the Toronto Raptors know who they will be facing off against and when.

The wait is over at last for head coach Darko Rajaković's Toronto Raptors.

The full 2026-27 NBA schedule has been released and now the Raptors will know who they are stacked up against and when they will face off against such competition.

As the team has their sights set on a return to Eastern Conference dominance, they will first be facing off against the rival Chicago Bulls on opening day.

Toronto should have a decent shot there as the Bulls finished near the bottom of the conference standings this past season with a 31-51 overall record. Assuming the Kawhi Leonard trade goes through, the Raptors will also be in for a key matchup against his former team in the Los Angeles Clippers on Nov. 2 at Intuit Dome.

Additionally, the Raptors will have some games against the Philadelphia 76ers who signed star LeBron James to a two-year deal after the 41-year-old departed the Los Angeles Lakers in free agency. The first of those matchups is set for Nov. 12 on the road at Xfinity Mobile Arena.

Toronto will have a few more notable star-studded matchups on their hands against the defending NBA champion New York Knicks on Nov. 15 and 17 who toppled the West's San Antonio Spurs in five games. The Raptors will also be up against Giannis Antetokounmpo's Miami Heat on Jan. 15.

Moreover, the Raptors will take on Victor Wembanyama's Spurs on Dec. 16 at home in front of the Scotiabank Arena faithful. However, Toronto's lack of a true big outside of  Jakob Poeltl will most likely come back to bite them during that matchup with Wembanyama's efficient scoring, lockdown rim protection and 7'4'' stature.

The Oklahoma City Thunder will be ready to challenge Toronto as well later in the season on March 10 as Shai Gilgeous-Alexander will look to pick up where he left off after scoring 24 points while logging six assists, three rebounds and two blocks when both teams clashed on Jan. 25.

The Raptors will have another primetime matchup on Nov. 20 against a Detroit Pistons squad thirsty for vengeance following a second-round exit in the playoffs in spite of their first-place ranking in the East.

Finally, Toronto will wrap up the season on April 11 against the rebuilding Brooklyn Nets who are coming off a 20-62 record and 13th-place finish in the East.

The Raptors will be back in action starting on Oct. 21 at 7:30 p.m. EDT.
