The Toronto Raptors have spent February beating the teams they should beat and losing to teams that are better than them. That continued in Tuesday's 116-107 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder, and they'll try to buck the trend against the San Antonio Spurs at home on Wednesday night.
Star forward Scottie Barnes is "questionable" with a right quad contusion, per the NBA injury report. Meanwhile, guard Chucky Hepburn, forward Jonathan Mogbo, guard AJ Lawson, and guard Alijah Martin are on G League assignments.
For the Spurs, big man Mason Plumlee is out due to "return to competition reconditioning," while forwards Harrison Ingram, David Jones Garcia, and Emmanuel Miller are on G League assignments.

All of the teams it beat have worse records, and all the teams it lost to have better ones.
The Raptors enter Wednesday's Spurs matchup at 34-24, while the latter team is 41-16. This game is an opportunity to remind the basketball world that they can beat upper-echelon squads, as that hasn't happened since they beat Oklahoma City 103-101 on Jan. 25.
It would obviously help to have Barnes, who leads the team with 8.3 rebounds, 1.3 steals, and 1.6 blocks per game. The two-time All-Star is one of the NBA's best two-way players, and Toronto needs all the firepower it can get against Victor Wembanyama and company.
Wembanyama is already one of the league's biggest stars at just 22 years old, leading with 2.8 blocks per game and ranking fifth with 11.3 rebounds. Offensively, the 7-foot-4, 235-pounder is 18th with 24.2 points per game and 29th with a 50.8 percent field goal clip (35.8 percent 3-point).
San Antonio is on an NBA-high nine-game win streak and has yet to lose in February. That stretch includes Monday's 114-103 win over Detroit, which has the league's second-best record at 42-14. Oklahoma City leads at 45-14, and the Spurs are third.
The Raptors are fifth in the Eastern Conference entering this matchup, two games ahead of the Philadelphia 76ers and 2.5 games behind the Cleveland Cavaliers and New York Knicks.
Wednesday's game will start at 7:30 p.m. ET on The Sports Network.
