The allegations against Marilyn include physical assault, threatening to kill, and damage to property. Domestic Violence is a serious issue, and it can be hard for victims to disclose what has occurred. TMZ has obtained court documents regarding the restraining order.

The documents state that the destruction of property allegation involved Rodriguez destroying over $90 thousand worth of designer clothing by pouring bleach on his personal belongings.

The physical assault allegation talks about Rodriguez and Eason having a disagreement that led to Rodriguez punching Eason in the face with a closed fist. Eason also alleges that he received life-threatening threats.
