Spurs vs. Lakers: Betting Lines, Injuries, and How to Watch cover image

For the fourth and final time this season, the San Antonio Spurs will take on the Los Angeles Lakers. Before tipoff, we have you covered with everything you need to know for both teams.

The San Antonio Spurs are 2-1 this season against the Los Angeles Lakers and will hope to clinch a season series victory in their final showdown on Tuesday night. The Spurs have won four games in a row and kick off their annual Rodeo Road Trip, heading to Hollywood to take on LeBron James and Luka Doncic.

The Lakers, meanwhile, had a three-game losing streak snapped by the Oklahoma City Thunder in their most recent game. While their trio of James, Doncic, and Austin Reaves boasts more star power than any other team in the league, they lack depth and defense, which is why they have slipped to fifth in the Western Conference.

The Spurs are favored in this game, although Los Angeles boasts three players who can take over a game on any given night, regardless of who their opponent is.

Before tipoff, we have you covered with everything you need to know, from betting odds, TV info, and injury reports for both squads.

Doncic missed the Lakers' last game, and there would be some logic in letting him rest against the Spurs and then take things slow through the All-Star Break, although he will likely be a game-time decision.

Jeremy Sochan, after being on the injury report through the trade deadline, is back in the lineup and playing sparingly. He and Jarred Vanderbilt have exchanged words and shoves on multiple occasions over the last two seasons, so there's reason to believe (hope?) that Mitch Johnson will give him an extended run and allow him to get under the Lakers' skin. In his rookie season, he and Luka Doncic got into it, so if Doncic plays, Sochan could see the court more than usual.

Johnson has been named the head coach for one of the All-Star Teams, and while he won't get to link up with Victor Wembanyama, he will be coaching the LeBron James-led USA Stars. Additionally, veterans Kevin Durant, Kawhi Leonard, and Stephen Curry will suit up for that squad.
