The San Antonio Spurs will host the New York Knicks in Game 1 of the NBA Finals on Wednesday, and we have you covered with everything you need to know before tipoff.

The San Antonio Spurs are back in the NBA Finals for the first time in eight years, which, for them, is considered a long drought. They will host the New York Knicks in Game 1 on Wednesday, with New York looking for their first banner since 1973.

The Knicks cruised through the playoffs, sweeping both the Philadelphia 76ers and Cleveland Cavaliers in the second and third rounds. The Spurs, meanwhile, needed six and seven games to beat the Minnesota Timberwolves and Oklahoma City Thunder in the last two series, although the Spurs are considered the better team by most pundits.

Of course, New York went 2-1 against San Antonio in the regular season and the NBA Cup. On the stage, while being presented with the Western Conference Finals trophy (named after Oscar Robertson), Dylan Harper seemed excited to get the Knicks back for stealing the Cup from the Spurs. Maybe this matchup is personal!

Before tipoff, we have you covered with everything you need to know, from betting odds, TV info, and injury reports for both squads.

Last week, it was reported that Mitchell Robinson had broken his pinky finger. Robinson is one of the more injury-prone players in the NBA, having played in 70 or more games only once in his career, although there is virtually no chance that he misses Game 1.

He practiced with the Knicks between the Eastern Conference Finals and Game 1, and all signs point to him suiting up and having an impact.

The Spurs, meanwhile, seem to have gotten over the injuries that hampered them late in the second round and early in the third. De'Aaron Fox and Dylan Harper are both back to 100 percent, and San Antonio should be treated to the best possible game from their team.

It's a rematch of 1999, and fans are hoping the Spurs can close it out in five games just like they did 27 years ago.
