The San Antonio Spurs have their backs against the wall, hoping to become the second team to ever mount a 3-1 comeback in the NBA Finals.

The San Antonio Spurs will host the New York Knicks on Saturday night, hoping to stay alive in the NBA Finals. After blowing a 27-point halftime lead in Game 4, the Spurs are down 3-1.

Only the 2016 Cleveland Cavaliers, led by LeBron James, were able to mount such a comeback on the biggest stage. Of course, Cleveland wasn't coming off a debilitating blown lead in the game prior, but the 2016 Golden State Warriors are a much better team than this year's Knicks.

With their backs against the wall, the Spurs are expected to pull out all of the stops, hoping to extend the series and pull off the impossible.

Before tipoff, we have you covered with everything you need to know, from betting odds, TV info, and injury reports for both squads.

Despite being favored in Game 5, the Spurs are still heavy underdogs to win the series. Knicks fans are expected to take over the Frost Bank Center as they did for the first two games, and New York can get revenge for 1999, when the Spurs beat the Knicks in five, ending the series at Madison Square Garden.

All signs point to the Spurs lacking any momentum after their late-game collapse on Wednesday, but the Spurs have expressed some faith in their ability to right the ship.

It's worth noting, win or lose, that Victor Wembanyama and his team are well ahead of schedule and are expected to be right back in the Finals next season, even with the Oklahoma City Thunder and Minnesota Timberwolves still standing in their way.
