San Antonio earned its fifth-straight win and 10 of its last 11 after handling a struggling Pacers squad on Saturday.

The San Antonio Spurs welcomed the Indiana Pacers to Frost Bank Center on Saturday night looking for their fifth-straight win.

The Spurs would get big games from unsung heroes to roll past Indiana 134-119. They now boast a record of 53-18 and have punched their ticket to the playoffs.

Rookie Dylan Harper had a breakout moment, with a tied team-high 24 points on 9-of-13 shooting. He also recorded the most minutes of any Spur with 28.

Off the bench, Keldon Johnson matched Harper's 24 points after knocking down 10 of his 12 shots.

While the pair had fantastic outings, superstar Victor Wembanyama still had his fingerprints all over the win. He racked up 20 points, eight rebounds, six assists and five blocks in the victory.

Meanwhile, Andrew Nembhard led all scorers with 25 points for the Pacers.

As previously mentioned, San Antonio has now ripped off five wins in-a-row.

However, their winning ways as of late have been more impressive that.

Out of their last 12 games, the Spurs have earned 10 wins on two separate five-game win streaks.

Not to be outdone, they've also won 21 of 23 since the calendar switched to February.

“We’re No. 2 in the West,'' said Harper, adding, "To me, we’re the best team in the NBA. So just for me to get drafted to an organization that’s so family-oriented. I think any rookie, you should want to come here. I think that just from top to bottom, it is very professional, and everyone is just so giving and so hands-on with everything. So it was definitely easy for me, knowing the vets I have. They made it easier.”

With their playoff spot locked in and games dwindling down, there is little for the Spurs to fight for outside of seeding. Yet San Antonio shows no signs of slowing down.

Serving as the NBA's hottest team has its perks, but the Spurs are hoping this late-season surge can lead into long-term success outside of regular season win totals.

San Antonio heads out for its second-to-last road trip of the season, starting with a stint in South Beach on Monday against the Miami Heat.
