The Phoenix Suns win big at home to extend win streak against the Indiana Pacers.

The Phoenix Suns went into Friday night's game against the Indiana Pacers on a three-game win streak and a 5-1 record at home. Going up against the Pacers who were on a five-game losing streak.

Phoenix was expected, because of recent performances, to blowout the Indiana Pacers. The Suns lived up to those expectations by winning in dominate fashion 133-98, a 35-point victory at home.

This victory extended the winning streak to four games and an at home record of 6-1 as well for the Suns. The lost for the Pacers extended their losing streak to six games and an overall record of 1-11.

Phoenix started the first quarter by putting up 31 points, with a lead at halftime of 70-52.

The weakness of field goal percentage for the Suns we have seen improve over the last few games, but not like this. Phoenix shot 57.6 percent for the entire game, Indiana sadly shot 36 percent.

The Suns went on a huge 16-0 run in the third quarter to take away any momentum for the Pacers. Indiana was not able to come back after the Suns deflating them in the third quarter.

Devin Booker made a statement as the Suns star went on a 10-0 run of his own and ended the game with 33 points.

Booker had support from Dillon Brooks who was on fire scoring 24 of his 32 points in the first half alone.

Phoenix Suns defense has been the "chink in the armor" throughout the season. The Suns stepped up and shut down the Pacers fast paced offense, holding a team to under 100 points for the first time this season.

The Suns accurate shooting percentage and rebounding was what grew the margin that Indiana could not keep up with.

Suns look to continue the winning streak at home on Sunday against the Atlanta Hawks.
