The Phoenix Suns lost to the Utah Jazz by four points in overtime in what was an incredible matchup. Utah was out-shot, had more turnovers and still was able to create second chance opportunities by out rebounding the Suns.
The story of the night was ninth year, 7' 1" forward Lauri Markkanen for the Utah Jazz.
Markkanen came into the game with a career average of 18 points per game. Against Phoenix, Markkanen put up 51 points, 14/32 from the field, 17-17 from the free-throw line and helping with those second chance points with 14 rebounds. The 51-point performance is the first of its kind for the Jazz since the "Mailman" Karl Malone did so in 1998.

Booker put up a double-double in the lost with 34 points and 10 assists with 42-percent shooting from the field.
Coach Ott continues to enter these games with smaller lineups. Leaving Mark Williams as well as other centers on the bench. They have been out rebounded in every game he has played in this lineup. Ott's approach of a team ball is going great with a team field goal percentage of 47-percent in the game. Now the focus of "defense first team" according to Coach Jordan Ott, seems to not be there and allowing over 120 points in last two games on the road.
Phoenix had every player but one get on the board for the third time this season already in five games. Suns having 37 total assists in this game,
