Devin Booker addresses his long-term loyalty while Jalen Green and Dillon Brooks navigate crucial crossroads as Phoenix prepares for a high-stakes season under the media spotlight.

2026 Phoenix Suns Media Day is nearly here.

The Suns usher in the ramp-up towards a high-pressure season on Monday in a showcase for local media.

There's little doubt that a heavy dosage of the focus will go towards the roster (particularly the core players), with each of the "big three" carrying a fascinating storyline heading into 2026-27.

Follow storylines to expect out of 12th year vet Devin Booker, and the second-year Suns in Dillon Brooks/Jalen Green below.

Booker Likely to Reaffirm Love for Phoenix

Booker's long-term commitment to the Suns has long come into question.

While critics will claim that the Phoenix front office isn't doing enough to surround the five-time All-Star with sufficient talent, it doesn't seem as if there is much interest at all from the two-guard to depart the city.

Expect the all-time leading scorer for the franchise take time to reaffirm what the fanbase in large already knows - that he wants to be a lifelong Sun, and that he expects to have his roots permanently planted in the city.

Expect Brooks to Discuss Offseason, Refocusing for Year Two With Suns

Year two in Phoenix presents an opportunity for stability that the Canadian forward hasn't truly had in many years.

The three-year contract extension that will keep Brooks as a building block for the organization will likely be a topic, but also expect for "the villain" to discuss an unconventional offseason that included taking a trip to China.

Brooks also alluded to the fact that he would work to bring his technical foul total from a season ago down, signaling an even greater leadership turn. This is another area that is reasonable to expect developing into a topic of conversation.

Green Will Have Opportunity to Assert Confidence in Organization, Self

There's little doubt that year six of Green's career is a crucial crux in his career.

The former G-League Ignite star seems to be moving past hamstring issues that limited him to 32 games a season ago. Expect the second overall pick in 2021 to praise the Suns' organization for supporting him over the last year, while also displaying confidence in Ott's vision, and his on-court fit with Booker.

There are several ways that Green's second season in Phoenix can go, but don't expect the dynamic scorer to shy away from the big moments or displaying confidence in the direction of his growth/the team's trajectory come Monday.
