There’s been a lot of talk about this OKC Thunder team after storming out to a dominant 15-1 start to the season as they look to defend their Championship from last season. 

Brad Botkin of CBS Sports makes the case as to why this season’s Thunder team can not only defend their title, but surpass the 73-Win record set by the Golden State Warriors in the 2015-2016 season. 

He sites the similarities between the two teams, the Thunder’s mentality, and the dominance they’ve shown even with players out due to injury all as reasons why he believes this team can hold the new record for regular season wins at the end of this season. 

One thing is for certain, if there’s any team who can surpass that historic record, it appears to be this season’s Thunder team.
