They are sixth in the West with a 46-30 record. They trail the Houston Rockets by a game, but lead the Phoenix Suns by 4.5 games.
The Sixers have won three of their last four and are coming off a 153-131 victory over the Washington Wizards. They are 7-3 in their last ten games and 42-34 overall. They are sixth in the East, holding the tiebreaker over the Toronto Raptors.
These two teams last met on February 22, a 135-108 victory for the Sixers. This is the final meeting of the season between the two.
Minnesota Timberwolves Injury Report
Anthony Edwards is QUESTIONABLE with right knee patellofemoral pain syndrome and an illness. He did not play against the Pistons. He's missed seven of the last eight games. He's averaging 29.3 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 3.7 rebounds in 59 games this season.
Jaden McDaniels is OUT with left knee patella tendinopathy. He's been sidelined since March 25. On March 30, the team announced that McDaniels would be out week-to-week. He's played in 71 games this season, averaging 14.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.7 assists.
Enrique Freeman, Zyon Pullin, and Rocco Zikarsky are all OUT on G-League two-way deals.
Philadelphia 76ers Injury Report
Joel Embiid is DOUBTFUL with an illness. He missed the last game against the Wizards after playing in three straight. The former MVP has been limited to 36 games this season, averaging 26.9 points, 7.4 rebounds, and 3.9 assists.
Tyrese Maxey is AVAILABLE with a right finger tendon strain. He will be wearing a splint. He played 34 minutes against the Wizards, finishing with 28 points on 12-20 shooting. He also added two rebounds, nine assists, and one steal.
He has not missed a game since March 25. In 64 games this season, Maxey is averaging 28.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 6.8 assists.
Johni Broome is OUT with right knee surgery recovery. He has not played since February 11. On February 28 it was reported that he underwent a successful partial meniscectomy to address a lateral meniscus tear in his right knee and will be re-evaluated in 4 weeks. He's played in just 11 games this season.
