
The Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors played an exciting game on Saturday night, with Golden State defeating Los Angeles to regain possession of the 9th seed. There was a lot of chaos down the stretch of this game, with extended reviews and shot clock malfunctions leading to an anticlimactic finish to what was an otherwise fun game.
One of the extended reviews came on a LeBron James three point basket that was ultimately taken away after the officials determined his foot was out of bounds. Reacting to this after the game, James said he has never seen that be called before in that way.
"I've never seen that be called before like that," James said. "In that particular time. That was kind of weird. Yeah, it took some momentum away."
James was referring to the officials being able to go back and review a play from several possessions ago, which is what happened in this instance.
