For the second time in eight games, Draymond Green was ejected from the game. The latest incident came against the Utah Jazz, which saw Green get ejected after arguing for a three-second violation.

Late in the second quarter, Green could be seen yelling "Three! Three!" at official Simone Jelks, wanting a three-second call against the Jazz. His argument wasn't heard, and the Jazz finished the play with a dunk.

Draymond got an initial technical foul after yelling in displeasure, and got another technical foul after speaking to official Kevin Cutler. The second tech resulted in an automatic ejection.

"I didn't hear what he said, but it was a quick one. I know he got the [technical foul] right away, and (referee) Kevin (Cutler) tossed him almost immediately. I don't know what he said, but I assume it was something that Kevin wasn't going to listen to. I don't know anything more about it than that," Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said after the game.

Concern Over Ejections

On December 20th, against the Phoenix Suns, Draymond was ejected early in the second quarter after picking up two technical fouls.

The first tech came with Draymond yelling at the refs, and the second came after he walked away, but yelled back as he was going to the bench.

Asked if there was concern over losing Draymond early in games to ejections, Kerr replied, "Yeah. We need Draymond. I want him out there. I think he might be up to nine techs. We're not halfway through the season yet. Long way to go. We need him."

Draymond Green's Impact

The Warriors were trailing the Suns and the Jazz at the time of Draymond's ejections, but came back to win both games.

The Warriors are 6-1 in their last seven games that Draymond has started, but he's been a minus player in four of the six wins.

"You look at Draymond's career and he's on the plus side in a massive way over and over again. In the last eight to ten games, we've started the same way. We've had a better feel and rotation. Overall, we're playing better and he's playing better as well," said Kerr when asked about Draymond's plus/minus and how the Warriors have managed to win despite his ejections.

On the season, the Warriors are +2.9 points per 100 possessions better with Draymond on the floor than they are with him on the bench.
