The Golden State Warriors could welcome back some key rotation players against the Denver Nuggets.

The Golden State Warriors will look to extend their win streak against the Denver Nuggets on Sunday. 

The Warriors are coming off a 131-126 victory over the Washington Wizards, their third straight win. The win streak follows a stretch where they had just one win in nine games. They have fallen to 10th in the West with a 36-38 record, but they have secured a play-in spot. They trail the Portland Trail Blazers by a half game and the Los Angeles Clippers by two games. 

The Denver Nuggets are on a win streak of their own, winning five straight games. They are coming off a 135-129 victory over the Utah Jazz. They are 8-2 in their last ten games, climbing to fourth in the Western Conference with a 47-28 record. They trail the Los Angeles Clippers by 1.5 games, but lead the Minnesota Timberwolves by 1.5 games. 

This is the fourth and final meeting of the season between the two teams. The Warriors lead the season series, 2-1. The Warriors won on opening night, but the Nuggets bounced back on November 7 with a victory. They last met on February 22, a 128-117 victory for the Warriors. 

Golden State Warriors Injury Report

Seth Curry is QUESTIONABLE with a left adductor strain. He's been out since March 13 and has played in just four games this season. He is averaging 6.8 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 1.8 assists, but shooting 57% from three in his four contests. 

Will Richard is QUESTIONABLE with left heel soreness. He drew the start in the last game against the Wizards, playing 24 minutes and finishing with eight points, two rebounds, and two assists. He's averaging 6.9 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.4 assists in 64 games this season. 

Quinten Post is QUESTIONABLE with right foot injury management. He's missed the last three games. He's averaging 7.8 points, four rebounds, and 1.4 assists in 66 games this season. 

Al Horford remains OUT with a right soleus strain. He's been out since March 13. He's averaging 8.3 points, five rebounds, and 2.6 assists in 43 games in his first season with the Warriors. 

Steph Curry is still OUT with right patellofemoral pain syndrome. He's been out since January 30. He was to be reevaluated in one week from March 27. 

Moses Moody is OUT after undergoing left patellar tendon surgery this month. He will be out for the season. 

Jimmy Butler is OUT after undergoing season-ending right ACL surgery in January. 

Denver Nuggets Injury Report

The Nuggets have a clean injury report with no one listed. 

They are expected to start Jamal Murray, Nikola Jokic, Aaron Gordon, Cameron Johnson, and Christian Braun. 

Tim Hardaway Jr, Peyton Watson, Bruce Brown, Spencer Jones, and Julian Strawther will see time off the bench. 

It is their second straight game with a clean bill of health after having starters miss significant time throughout the season.
