The Golden State Warriors were staring a 21-point deficit in the face in the second half Wednesday night against the Portland Trail Blazers.

The Warriors battled back with 51 points in the fourth quarter to secure a 129-123 come-from-behind victory over the Trail Blazers at the Chase Center.

Reserve center Quinten Post led the Warriors comeback with 20 points off the bench. He also grabbed four rebounds and had two assists. He scored 13 of his points in the final stanza to lead the comeback.

LJ Cryer added 14 points in 12 minutes to help pace the Warriors. The Warriors improved their record to 2-0 in the preseason, while the Trail Blazers drop to 0-1.

Post said after the game it was not the way the Warriors want to win games during the season.

"The Blazers came out and played very aggressive. They played a very good game," Post said. "The last group really picked it up defensively, putting some pressure on the ball and knocked down some shots. "It was kind of a weird game, but we will take it."

Portland's Shaedon Sharpe led all scorers with 22 points. He added six rebounds and had two assists in 23 minutes of action.

Warriors' starters averaged 17 minutes and played well. Forward Jimmy Burler scored 12 points in 17 minutes, while Stephen Curry added 11 points in 16 minutes. Moses Moody played the longest of the starters as he logged 20 minutes and scored 10 points and added four rebounds.

Curry, Butler, Al Horford and Draymond Green did not see action in the second half, so the Warriors were carried by their bench.

Before the game, Warriors coach Steve Kerr told the media that Seth Curry would miss his second straight game, per reporter Kenzo Fukuda who was on hand and posted same on social media. Kerr said Seth Curry was "still ramping up".

Seth Curry might be looking at pairing with his brother Stephen when the Warriors travel to face the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday, Oct. 12.
