I will preface this by saying I have not read the Ben Standig story yet. However, there's been some buzz that Anthony Davis is not happy with being traded to the Wizards and he wants to be on a contender.

Dude, what choice do you have? AD has been injured so much and has an absolutely abominable contract. Who else would trade for him?

If he really wants to play for a contender, he should try to rehab his trade value next season and get dealt at the deadline. Maybe he could be a good mentor to Cam Boozer if we end up drafting him.

Maybe it's all smoke and he actually doesn't care. But it's still just frustrating to see everybody talking bad about the Wizards because they can't see what Dawkins and Winger are building. They will soon!
