When: Tuesday, April 7, 7:00 PM ET

Where: Capital One Arena, Washington, DC

How to watch: Monumental Sports Network, League Pass

The Washington Wizards are set to return to the court on Tuesday night in the first of two consecutive games against the Chicago Bulls.

Tuesday marks the first meeting between the two teams since the Bulls pulled out a one point win back on Nov. 22, while tonight's matchup also marks the first of two between the teams this week with a rematch set for Thursday at 7 PM.

Yet once again, the Wizards will enter tipoff with a shortened bench. The good news is both Justin Champagnie and Bilal Coulibaly are available on Tuesday night, while Tre Johnson is ruled questionable. Tristan Vukcevic and Alex Sarr also join Anthony Davis, Kyshawn George, Cam Whitmore and Trae Young on the inactive list. D'Angelo Russell remains out with a 'not with team' designation.

The good news is that rookie Will Riley remains available after posting consecutive 30 point games over the weekend, proving to be one of the few highlights in what has been a long season filled with on-court struggles. In the two losses against the Brooklyn Nets and Miami Heat, Riley shouldered the scoring burden as he combined for 61 points on 21-of-33 shooting from the field, including 5-of-11 from three, while also tying a career-high with six assists vs. Brooklyn on Sunday.

The Bulls will also have several unavailable with Matas Bezels, Zach Collins, Noa Essengue, Josh Giddy, Nick Richards, Anfernee Simons and Jalen Smith all ruled out. Both Collin Sexton and Lachlan Olbrich are listed as probable ahead of tipoff.

The bigger storyline for the Wizards remains on the team's draft standing with Washington holding a one game lead over the Indiana Pacers for the league's worst record. Indiana will be back in action to host the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday night with a chance for both teams to move the needle to finalize draft odds in the final games of the 2025-26 regular season.

Washington enters tipoff with one of the league's longest losing streak with six straight losses, yet not as long as Chicago's as their seven game slide has pushed the Bulls among the league's worst records. Chicago will look to secure their first road win since March 10 against the Golden State Warriors.
